Not professional diagnostics

Teste Teclado is an initial reference, not a definitive hardware diagnosis. The tester relies on what the browser exposes through thekeydown and keyup events and may be affected by the operating system, the browser itself, accessibility settings or other software running on the device. If you suspect a hardware problem, consult a qualified technician.

No warranty on results

A clean test result does not guarantee that the keyboard is fully functional. Conversely, a flagged key may simply reflect a browser limitation (for example, Fn or Print Screen are often captured by the system before reaching the page). Detailed limits are listed on ourabout page.

Responsibility for decisions

The Teste Teclado team is not responsible for decisions made solely on the basis of the tool's output, including buying, selling, repairing or discarding hardware. Use the result as one of several inputs when diagnosing a problem.
